Meet our CEO
Following my MBA in Lausanne in 2004, I founded IMC to support businesses by focusing on the most critical macro-economic aspects of a company:
- People (the right people, both inside and outside the company).
- Processes (doing the right thing, correctly).
- Performance (achieving a positive output).
- Products (offering the right products and services).
- Finance (creating positive and growing financial results).
IMC still follows my original vision of a world-class company that delivers added value for its clients, while helping them become more successful. Today, IMC’s Associates and Partners support a large number of clients, including multinationals, divisional groups, regional business units, starts-ups and SMEs. We work actively with government institutions, federations and associations in many regions and countries. We don’t focus exclusively on industry sectors; instead our regional approach integrates our Associate Partners’ expertise with local sector requirements.
We now operate across all continents in major and strategic countries directly with IMC companies, associates or with cooperations and are expanding continuously, developing the business around our organizational structure.

I believe our flexibility in adapting to local cultural and market conditions is a key asset; it is fundamentally important to understand and respect the diversity of the cultural and business environment.
Individual talents, organizational strength
Our success results from working with Associates and Partners who are highly motivated entrepreneurs, bound by a strict Code of Conduct and contracted to operate to the very highest standards in our industry.
Our people have, on average, over ten years’ line and executive management experience, and considerable know-how as independent business advisors, coaches, consultants and interim managers. They speak their customers’ language and, from their own experience, understand the situations their clients face.
Our strength derives from creating an environment which encourages individual entrepreneurial approaches within our network organization, providing access to local specialized services such as financing, legal, fiscal, M&A, media agents and so on.
Our Associates and Partners all take a hands-on approach. We don’t simply present solutions; we roll up our sleeves and make sure they work! We share our experience with our clients, and absorb the lessons from every project. While our people are experts in their respective fields, we appreciate that every project is an opportunity to enrich our expertise.
The need for IMC
Entrepreneurs and senior managers face many challenges and collateral threats, making it easy to lose track of what route the business should take. Change is constant, and while it means more pressure for executives, it also provides more opportunities to explore and develop.
