What we expect from you

Previous senior management position, with 5+ years, preferably including line manager and with a successful business development record.
Experience with large and multinational organizations.
Degree, MBA or similar level education.
Currently running your own consultancy with a strong, active C-level network.
Fluent in English and other languages.
Commitment to being an ambassador for IMC, providing our clients with exceptional added value services.
Support for our fundamental principles based on People, Processes, Performance and Products, leading to positive Finance.

An organized, ambitious approach, with potential ambitions to be an IMC Business Line Principal or Country Manager.
